Broadway Meets Hershey - PA Wedding

Sara Edwards and Ari Butler kicked off Lime Street Studios' first wedding of the spring season on April 12, 2008

These terrifically talented Broadway performers met each other in a theatrical performance in Hershey, PA, where the bride hails from.

Sara's father used to work at the Milton Hershey School, which is how the couple were privileged to get married at Founder's Hall. The setting certainly suited their theatrical style!

It seemed for a moment that Ari was too excited to remember his lines during the ceremony, but he showed no hesitation on the dance floor. I never saw a bride move so fast in a wedding dress!

A further note about our performers: After the wedding Sara was seen in "No, No Nanette" with Sandy Duncan, and Ari recently played Noel in "Fugue."

Mozeltov!

Lancaster Wedding Tons of Fun

Sydney Greco and Charles (Chip) Rosenberg topped off a lifetime of knowing each other when they married last year.

OK, so they attended Temple Shaarai Shomayim in Lancaster, PA as children, and that is where they also married in August.

In similar vein, the wedding party was also made up of childhood friends and the bride and groom never stopped smiling. As we said, the wedding was tons of fun.

The Reception was held at Bent Creek Country Club. We know Chip enjoyed the Hora!

The Knot Best of Weddings - 2 Years in a Row

Looks like Lime Street Studios did it again!

Thanks to everyone who participated in The Knot survey and rated Lime Street Studios a top pick in 2008. Local brides (and bridegrooms we're sure!) also picked us in 2007.

This is especially gratifying since we again forgot to encourage our brides to take part in the survey by rating our services. Oops ... Well I guess that just proves, as we're fond of telling people, we have the best brides!

We think it's also very interesting that so many of our couples have a background in or are involved in the arts in some form and tell us they are drawn to Lime Street Studios because of the quality of our work. Film makers, other photographers, painters, architects, graphic designers, actors, artists, singers, musicians, display artists, dancers - all have found their way to us. Again - we thank you.

We intend to keep doing what it is we've always done, which is to produce the kind of photography that brings an emotional response, to surprise you, to be true to the candid, photojournalism approach, and to do it all in a relaxed manner that let's you and your family be themselves.

Many thanks for your support from everyone at Lime Street Studios
